My clients' health and safety is my top priority. Oasis Hair by Emma is located in a private, enclosed Sola Salon Suite. This environment provides my guests with added COVID-19 safety and social distancing compared to a traditional salon setting:

• There are only the two of us in the suite  

• I only see a limited number of clients a day

• My appointment times are scheduled to allot time for me to thoroughly sanitize my suite and tools in between clients.

• I strictly adhere to the COVID-19 safety and cleaning requirements and recommendations set forth by the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology.

Please read and follow the following protocols to ensure the safest service experience possible:

• On the day of your appointment please text me upon arrival. I will let you know when I am ready to greet you at the door. We will then enter my hair oasis private studio, sanitize our hands together and begin some hair magic!

• If you are ill with any symptoms of COVID-19, you must reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. The 24-hour cancellation policy fees will be waived if you become ill within that period.

• If you have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or is showing symptoms of COVID-19 and your quarantine period falls within your scheduled appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. The 24-hour cancellation policy fees will be waived if you become informed of your exposure within that period.

• If I become ill with any symptoms of COVID-19, I will contact all affected clients to reschedule. Additionally, if I test positive for COVID-19, I will isolate for the time recommended by the Minnesota Department of Health before I return to work. I will also notify all clients that are considered close contacts, as outlined by the Minnesota Department of Health.
